FusionIRX as a firm, is an iteration of the principles, John Holtz, and Rory Comiskey’s 35 plus years’ experience in the Construction & Manufacturing Arena (Semiconductor, EV Battery & Green Technologies, Automotive, Mission Critical Data Centers, Pharma & Bio Tech)

HISTORY
Originally created in 2015 to provide consulting services to multiple industries, and companies both large and small,
FusionIRX was transformed in 2018 at the bequest of one of our partners to provide commissioning and quality services, improving on what the current providers were doing for large scale construction activities.
Through the network of relationships, the company is poised to be a great resource for projects of various scopes and sizes.

Rory Comiskey — Continues to be recognized for his ability to lead project teams from concept through construction and commissioning by applying strategic thinking and problem solving skills based on experience and industry BKM's. He’s taken this knowledge and collaborated with strategic partners to develop training and innovative programs that emphasis pragmatic solutions to meet developing and dynamic shifts in the manufacturing and construction paradigm.
Most recently Rory’s attention has been focused on addressing the lack of vocational schooling & training, which has left the industry in dire need of skilled trade craftsman, automation and robotics technicians.
Rory, “The immediate future of manufacturing and industry’s success lies in a dedicated focus on workforce development utilizing a variety of means.” Working with the numerous strategic partners, including the REC Foundation and FusionIRX’s “In-House” Training Group he’s turned his attention to developing the “Next Generation” of builders.
John Holtz — As a results oriented leader, John understands the value of teamwork, team building, communication and the dynamics of collaborating within diverse project teams to achieve success. As a budget conscious plant management professional, John has over two decades of experience in the high-tech industry directing, managing and delivering complex multi-million dollar projects on-time.
Roxanne Holtz — Roxanne has the knowledge, skills and experience to manage nearly all facets of a business for effectiveness and efficiency. She adamantly believes that skills can be taught, but that every company has a culture that can be cultivated through proper communication and recruitment of like-minded individuals.
